PRESENT+

The Dutch PRospective Evaluation of interventional StudiEs on boNe meTastases (PRESENT) cohort is a nationwide initiative following the Trials within Cohorts (TwiCs) design. This innovative approach facilitates efficient and pragmatic randomized evaluation of new treatments and palliative interventions in routine care. In 2022, the cohort received a grant from the Dutch Cancer Society to expand its reach to other Dutch academic medical centers. The goal of PRESENT+ is to learn from every patient with metastatic bone metastases, aiming to improve both clinical outcomes and patient-reported outcomes.
