Background
Faye Raaijmakers is a second-year PhD candidate in the radiotherapy department at UMC Utrecht. She completed her master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Amsterdam, where she specialized in computer vision and AI applications for medical imaging. The focus of her PhD-trajectory is on the MOMENTUM-AI project, which aims to leverage extensive clinical data to develop AI algorithms that advance and validate MR-guided radiotherapy care.
